Our mission is to help every family enjoy the magic of the holiday season. Here is how you can help.

Want to Fulfill Specific Wish List Items?

You can choose to become an elf in the following ways:

  • Buy individual items
  • Purchase every item for a particular child
  • Purchase every item for an entire family
  • Purchase every item for more than one family
  • Donate money through our Paypal account or our bank account ( See Below) so our Shopper elves can do their work
  • Contact Reads and Company or Generation Toys, Our local Elf Partners and buy a gift card, make sure you tell them it is for the Elves and they will hold it in our account.

Once you’ve made your purchases, please clearly label (with removable label) the new, unwrapped items with your name, Phone number and the relevant identifying info (ie “Family 13, child A) and enclose them in a bag,

Please separate each child into their own bag.  Contact us to make arrangements to drop off items at North Pole South, Spring Mill Senior Living in Phoenixville by Dec. 12th.  Thank you!

Remember to update the Google Doc so we know that child’s gift has been taken care of.

  • We suggest a maximum budget of $150 per child.  Clothing is included in this budget.
  • Purchase winter coats, boots and snow pants for those who need it, Not included in the $150 budget
  • Please avoid gift cards except for gaming.

This year in addition to our specific wish list found here,  we are asking for the following items:

The “miscellaneous” drop off items will NO longer be toys but will ONLY be consumables including the following: ( If you have been purchasing items throughout the year in anticipation, please check the list and see if your items can fill any of those wishes.  If you still have items, please contact us, we often have last minute requests and still may be able to use your gifts)

  • Shampoo & conditioner
  • Razors & shaving cream
  • Tampons and pads
  • Diapers & wipes
  • Socks and underwear (all sizes, boys & girls)
  • Hat, glove & scarf sets
We also will not be filling stockings but will offer empty stockings for parents if they want one for their child.

We are always in need of:

  • Wrapping paper
  • Tape
  • Tissue paper
  • Gift bags
  • Large garbage bags ( used to place gifts in for distribution)

Drop Off Location

By appointment only

If you can dropoff please let us know and we can arrange to be there. If you can bring UNWRAPPED items in a large black bag marked with Family/Child information.
